HEYS!
Okay I'm here for next saturday's BBQ at my house.
The BBQ will start in the evening, probably around 6.pm? Will let you guys know if there's a change. For people that are arriving late, you can just go and find the rest of us at the BBQ pits downstairs (beside the swings in the neighbourhood park)

And those that are coming early to play (mahjong, cards, whatever, I have almost everything at home), I'd prefer you guys to come in cliques. Yea, so find friends to come together, preferably with someone that knows how to go my house to save me some trouble haha. But tell me what time and how many of you are coming before hand. You're free to come anytime after 3pm.

If you and your group all don't know how to come, ask me for my address (shan't post it here). I shall just write some directions here. It shouldn't be hard. There're only 6 buses that can reach my house.

1) Take 176/51 and alight at/opp commonwealth sec,depending on which direction you're coming from. (For 51, the stop after it----for the direction from queensway to jurong east) The ex rv campus that we dint get to use. From that bus stop you'll have to walk a pretty long way to my house. My block is tall so you can see it, so you just have to walk in that direction and you'll reach there. But for those with poor sense of direction, please inform me and I'll go fetch you.

2) Take MRT to Jurong East, then take 143/78/79 from the interchange. I'd prefer you guys to take 143/79 to save the confusion since they reach the same bus stop. If I'm not wrong it's 9 stops from the interchange. (9th excluding the interchange) I'm not sure how to describe the way... but, just walk towards buildings after you alight! My block is 63, it's quite obvious.. there's a lousy playground right before the block.

3) Take 78 from Clementi. (Strongly discouraged cos it takes forever.)

4) Take 79/30 from Boon Lay. For 79 you'll alight opposite the bus stop mentioned in 2). I dint bother to count the number of stops, but alight when you see pandan reservoir followed by a mosque. (yes press the bell when you see the mosque, it'll be on your left.) For 30, you'll need to alight at the bus stop mentioned in 1). The one in front of commonwealth sec.

5) 30 from the opposite direction (this is for you weilin). From this direction (vivo to boonlay) you'll alight at the same bus stop as 2).

Phew that was tiring. Okay I know my description like not very good. For those that are really clueless please come to me and ask.

I need to confirm how many of you are coming before the 24th so that I know how much food to buy. So PLEASE TELL ME WHETHER YOU'RE COMING OR NOT.

Also, if you have any requests for food, tell me too, I'll try to get them if they are not unreasonable.

Last but not least, I hope to see all of you on the 24th kay! And you really don't have to wear class tee or bring presents, not that I mind though. Haha. Also, remember that it's Constance's birthday too!! Double celebration woots~! hahah

Hi people.
The font colour has been decided to be purple.
I've also gone to the printing shop alr.
The tee cost more than I expected, which is $19.65 each. (Because we choose the retail grade cloth. Additional 2bucks for a better quality shirt, should be okay la hor. haha)
So they will start printing after I pay the deposit and send them the shirt sizes. SO FOR THOSE WHO HAVE YET TO REPLY ME, HURRY UP!
The shirts will be ready by early/mid July depending on when I pay the deposit and give them the shirt sizes. So when school reopen you guys better pay me back quick the deposit isn't cheap.

ps. you ppl better thank me and meijie for our effort in this class tee (even if it doesn't turn out nice). We wasted our revision time for this! D:

Okay it's not very clear. But I think you guys get the idea.
Originally I wanted to just have 1 chibi for each person.
But meijie brought up quite a relevant point, and I agree with her. We think it's quite pointless to have just your own chibi. Should have everyone's chibi so we will be reminded of each other when we see our shirt. Haha, so with all the chibis together the back would be something like this. (image credits to meijie again.)
I think it's quite nice, so if there's no objections I'll go ahead with this plan.
Also, please tell me what size you'd want your shirt to be. I haven't been to the shop so I'm not sure of the cutting too. Just give me the approximate size first. I'll provide you guys with the details after I've been to the printing shop a few days later.
Also, I've some problems deciding the colour combi for the front. Initially I was told to make the word black but I don't like how it looks. So I guess I'll need all of you to help decide. See below.

Hi class, this is regarding the class tee.
Okay I'm not so good at designing shirts so I need suggestions from all of you.
And just to confirm, do you guys want guailan design? Cos my brain is full of guailan stuff so I can't think of decent ideas. So there are some that want words only, and there are some that wants pictures too. So please finalise your decisions.
Also, do you guys want personalisation?
I thought of drawing chibis but I think it's too cute for the guys. So we can have nicknames instead. (this sounds like PI)
So the nicknames are like "BLACK." "even blacker." "unglam queen." "unglam king". "auntie no.1/2/3". "ostrich". "GOLD". "pornstar"(as requested by meijie)

So for the guailan designs by me and some others, I shall just describe them in words first.
1) The superhero I. like superman, but I instead of S.
2) "Warning: IMBA people approaching." (either stamp font or have warning sign)
3) "No, my shirt isn't crooked. It's just too imba for you." (print slanted)
4) 25 cool people + wacky ideas + stupid jokes = the most imba class in history (in rough working form, maybe in chalk font. feel free to change the equation)
5) a super big "IMBA!" with a tiny "to the max" below.

I'm not especially fond of any of these ideas, so please contribution while i squeeze my brain juice for more.
I'm too lazy to draw so for other ideas with drawings, I will do them some other day.

Teachers day celebration

Monday is both Aces day and Teachers' day celebration.
So on that day, wear house t-shirt with long pants for guys and skirts for girls
School will end at 10.30 am on that day.

We have bought the teachers' present today.

Mr.Wong: Small blue portable fan, big blue pencil case, magician hat and a class photo board**

Mr.Chua: 3 chick glass containers for toothpicks, pepper and salt. A class photo board** and also a heart-shaped plate to hold the glassware.

Mr.Azmi, Mr.Imran, Mrs.Constance Tan, Mr.Lum: Teachers' day card with a heart-shaped clip**

The class committee also planned to buy a cake to celebrate with all the teachers mentioned above. Shixiao and Karin will be buying the cake tomorrow and maybe additional stuff for Mr. Wong(probably at causeway point). Interested parties are welcomed to join them. The cake will be cut after the teachers' day celebration(10.30am). So please stay after the teachers' day celebration.

For aces day, we will play both the chapteh and the hula hoop game. We will need 10 guys and girls who are good at juggling the chapteh and a girl/guy to play the hula hoop. For the chapteh game, the winning team is determined by summing up the juggling score of the 10 chosen players. As for the hula-hoop game, we need a player who can keep hula-hoop spinning without touching the ground to win the game. The players who participate in the chapteh game cannot participate in the hula-hoop game, vice-versa.

** The class photo board is not really a board. It is a cloth with 25 pockets. So each of you bring a nice passport photo, write your wishes for the teacher( Mr.Wong and Mr.Chua)and come earlier on Monday to put it in the present. It is quite cool.

* For the teachers card, we probably have to make some cards and we can write our wishes for each individual teacher on it. The cards maybe used as invitation cards to invite teachers to come to cut the cake with 5I(pending). Currently we need some of us to help in making the nice cards.

I will like to thank the class committee to come up with this plan, Yufan, Yu Hong and Zhi Yi to fork out some time to buy the presents. As for the rest of us, sorry for the last minute notice on buying the presents.

hey here are the details for class outing.
16 June
3- 6pm ---------bowling at some place near clementi stadium, come if you can. its three dollars per game and one dollar plus i think for the shoes and remember to bring your own socks

6pm onwards ---------------dinner near sunset way at some restaurant does not come cheap, bring 20 plus dollars. we having steam boat and barbeque.

For those who want come bowling, please meet at clementi mrt at around 3pm, then we maek our way there cuz i dun think most of you know how to go. and those only coming for dinner meet at clementi sattion at 6pm, where the bowling ppl will come to meet you guys to go to the place tgt.

yo wassup guys ! so here's the plan for the outing after our lecture tests ! <3

after much discussion with our dear welfare rep (give karin the credits), we've come up with a few places to go on that day (most probably next sat ;p )

so here's the plan :

i think we'll go sentosa from morning to evening ( lunch will be at sentosa)

play beach volleyball
cycling
bitching, etc.

then dinner at arnd 6plus, will go to marina sq. thr got kbox (for zhixiang !!) , bowling, pool, cinema and restaurants and blah blah blah. so we can go thr and have fun and you know.... LOL.

it might not be like SUPER cheap just to tell you guys before hand. so if you plan not to spend money or complain about the economy downturn or you are unwilling to spend or whatsoever, then i suggest you not to come at all(: no offence.
